Who we are
Care Recruitment is a micro agency for health care recruitment and outsourcing, specialised in nurses and caregivers. It is based in Auckland and provides its services across New Zealand.
As a micro agency we distinguish ourselves with a unique structure. Although it is limited in size, staff and services, it offers the advantages of speciality services, speed in hiring, personal attention and fast decisions to meet the needs of both clients and candidates.
We are a specialised recruiment agency that fills staffing gaps efficiently, and submits solutions for health care providers’ challenges supported by overseas professionals in nursing and aged care.
Our leadership
Background and Experience
It’s my pleasure to share with you my work experience in health care services industry.
I have over three decades of dedicated experience and proficiency in public and private health sectors . I had started my career in 1978 in Department of Health and Medical Services of Government of Dubai- UAE. I joined as Administrative Officer, during seventeen years of my service I progressed through the positions until I reached the position of Senior Manpower and Development Officer, managing manpower requirements of the hospitals under the Department of Health.
The second period of my experience was in the Private Health Sector in Dubai were I worked for twenty two years as a Director for a general hospital and a specialised hospital, dealing with strategic and operational levels at both hospitals.
I consider my experience an asset that motivated me to establish Care Recruitment, to work with both Clients and Candidates to their mutual advantage, and to contribute in providing effective solutions to Health Care Recruitment Challenges in New Zealand.
